Making immersive sales training available without a VR headset

The Problem

Thermo Fisher Scientific had developed Swapportunity as an immersive VR experience to help sales teams explore and understand chromatography products. But they needed a way to make the existing experience available to more people, without losing the interactive learning that made it useful in the first place.

The Solution

We redeveloped the existing Swapportunity build to work as a browser-based experience. The new version retained the interactive environment and product learning from the original VR application, but removed the need for specialist hardware. Providing users the ability to experience it through a web browser, making it much easier to distribute across teams.

Experience It.

Thermo Fisher could distribute the experience more widely, giving sales teams easier access to interactive product training wherever they were working. Taking immersive training out of the headset and putting it in the hands of more salespeople.
