Making fluid analysis visible and easy to understand
Intro
Filtertechnik developed the Particle Pal Pro to analyse fluid condition in critical systems such as wind turbines.
The challenge was how to explain what’s happening inside the system.
With complex internal components and fluid dynamics that can’t be seen, it was difficult for customers to fully understand how the product works and why it matters.
What we did
We created a detailed visualisation of the system, showing how fluid moves through the product and how its sensing technology monitors condition in real time.
Using precise 3D modelling and animation, we brought the internal processes to life, making the invisible mechanics of the system clear and easy to follow.
The content was designed to support product demonstrations and customer conversations.
The outcome
The result made a complex technical process easier to understand, helping customers quickly grasp how the system works and where it delivers value.
