We’re Clok – a creative agency working with some of the biggest names in life sciences, healthcare, and tech. We specialise in delivering highly engaging 3D interactive content, digital experiences, and strategic campaigns that help our clients cut through complexity and sell with clarity. We’re growing and need an experienced, proactive Senior Project Manager to work on high-profile projects.
The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind successful delivery of client work — from initial brief to final output. You’ll lead timelines, budgets, resourcing and communication across multiple complex projects, ensuring we’re always delivering on time, on budget, and above expectation. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for senior clients and a calm, organised presence for the team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery for high-profile client accounts
- Create, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans, timelines and budgets
- Act as the lead point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction
- Coordinate internal teams (design, dev, content, motion) to deliver against project goals
- Forecast resource requirements and manage capacity across projects
- Proactively identify risks or blockers and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and project objectives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of agency processes and delivery workflows
- What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in an agency or similar fast-paced creative environment
- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of creative and digital project workflows (e.g. 3D, video, web, content)
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
- Budgeting and scheduling expertise
- Confident using project management tools (e.g. Monday.com)
- Calm under pressure, detail-obsessed, solutions-focused
- Nice to Haves
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or tech sectors
- Exposure to interactive/3D projects or digital platforms like Showpad, Unity, WebGL
- Formal PM training (e.g. Prince2, Agile, PMP) – but attitude and experience matter more

Position filled: Digital Admin Assistant
Location: Office-based – Edwinstowe, Notts
Contract: 30 hours
Salary: £23,000 – £25,750 pro rata – negotiable depending on experience
We are CLOK, a digital marketing services agency, est. 2002. Find us nestled between Center Parcs and Sherwood Pines. We’re a fast-moving, creative agency working with clients predominantly within the Life Science sector including health-tech, med-tech manufacturing and construction. Our team blends strategy, storytelling, and design to bring clarity and impact to every brief. Now, we’re looking for someone who can keep our digital wheels turning smoothly from our new offices and meeting facility in Edwinstowe.
The Role
As our Digital Admin Assistant, you’ll play a vital support role in keeping our agency organised, efficient, and client-focused. You’ll work closely with our team across operations, projects, and client comms — taking care of the small but essential tasks that make the big stuff possible
- Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update digital filing systems (e.g., Google Drive, Showpad, Dropbox)
- Assist with client onboarding – preparing welcome packs, contracts, forms
- Upload and schedule content (e.g., blogs, social media, email campaigns)
- Format and prepare documents, presentations, and reports
- Update project management tools (e.g. Monday.com)
- Coordinate meeting bookings and agendas across time zones
- Track deadlines and nudge team members on deliverables as directed by the Operations Manager
- Support light finance admin – e.g., invoice logging or chasing timesheets
- Keep CRM and contact lists accurate and up to date
